CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

We know how busy family life can be, so CrossFit Fitzgerald offers a babysitting service to all members for an additional fee of $10 per month. You can bring up to 3 kids (per family) into our kids club room for the duration of your class. Moms and dads can work out worry-free knowing that their kids are in the capable hands of our Kids Club manager, Shelby Thomas.


CrossFit Fitzgerald is ecstatic to announce the addition of CrossFit Kids to our class schedule! Our kids program is all about FUN! Our main focus is proper form, increased fitness, and development of healthy habits in kids age 3-18. We aim to increase overall fitness with functional skills that will add speed, agility, coordination, and strength to their chosen sport. We have 3 different class levels available:

  • Level 1: ages 3-5yrs will meet Tues & Thurs @4pm
  • Level 2: ages 5-12yrs will meet Tues & Thurs @4:30pm
  • Level 3: ages 12-18 will meet Mon-Thurs @ 5pm
